1. What we collect
To run your account we store the information you provide: your name and email, your business details (name, workflow, GSTIN, address), and the business records you enter (parties, items, stock, vouchers). We also keep an audit log of key actions.
2. How we use it
We use your data only to provide the Service to you — to display your books, compute balances and reports, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Where it lives & isolation
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase). Every business account is isolated using database-level Row Level Security, so no account can read another account’s records.
4. Payments
Card and payment details are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers; we retain only a payment reference and status for your invoices.
5. Email
We send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts). Email delivery is handled by a third-party email provider.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile and business details in the app, and export a full backup of your records from Downloads → Export account data. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or from our account deletion page.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; access to your data requires an authenticated session scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
