1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using JV Ledger (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
JV Ledger is accounting and inventory software for jewellery businesses. Features are enabled progressively and may change as the product develops. Free-trial and paid plans are described on the Pricing page.
3. Your account & data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business records you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. Each business account’s data is isolated from every other account. You retain ownership of your data.
4. Plans, billing & trials
The free trial lasts 7 days. There is a single paid plan, Starter, billed yearly at ₹2,799 (exclusive of applicable GST), shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment partner; activation of paid features occurs after a successful, verified payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other accounts’ data, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Availability & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding period.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Until self-service closure tools are available, account closure and data export requests are handled by support for a reasonable period.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
